So I decided to go log onto citysearch and search for the best salon in Houston... so I come across what was voted the best so far... Azur. I go for a color correction and I have this "color expert" Nadine do my hair... the first time I was not very happy because the whole purpose for me going was to go blond and she said that progressively we could... yet I come out looking like Jennifer Aniston (not that is bad) but I was wanting to go lighter... her excuse was that she'd left the toner on too long which caused the highlights to blend with the color... after spending nearly $300.00, I go back the next week and she adds a t-section which got me pretty close to what I wanted... well the second time that I got to get my roots done and add more highlights, I come out looking at least 2 shades darker... WTF!!!.. how did this happen... well for the 2nd time after spending another $170.00 for those 2 things... her excuse again was the damn toner!! why is this happening... come on supposedly it was the best place right?? well this time again she asked me to come back and waste another day to have her fix my hair, but after being so fed up I decided not to and talk to the owner Greg about her constant excuse... after waiting in the lobby on our meeting day for nearly half an hr and after Nadine and Greg acted so unprofessional and stubborn my husband and I decided to get our money back and take our services elsewhere!! trust me and go spend your money at a better place, this place is not worth it and it's not luxury at all!!

The experience working with a talented colorist was incredible. I could not have been more pleased with the highlight Nadene added. She made excellent color choices for my blonde hair. I highly recommend Nadene for your future visit to Azur. She is fabulous!
